Breath is  life force, Spirit moving into and through us. When we breathe, life flows through us.

We all want to feel vital, alive, peaceful and full of purpose. When we breathe consciously and purposefully, we release nervous energy, anxiety, fear and stress and breathe in peace, purpose, love, and compassion.

When we breathe, we release our hectic pace and claim peace. We slow our minds and bring our focus back to the present moment so that we can perceive and act from a more balanced place.
