Daily Morning Meditation

Physical distance need not be isolating. At 10:00 a.m. weekdays, Rev. Melanie will offer a space on Zoom to connect with each other and ourselves. Beginning with a short prayer and followed by a five-minute meditation, we’ll conclude with a few minutes of connection and conversation for those online. Let’s center ourselves daily with this mindfulness practice, raise our consciousness with prayer, and check in with each other.
